Our kitchen team, led by Pascal Gorissen, treats you to healthy, seasonal dishes prepared with great care. In keeping with the monastic tradition of self-sufficiency, the menu is based on produce from our estate, cheese dairy, butcher’s shop, bakery, nursery, fish farm and wine cellar. In addition to our own products, we give preference to products from the region. Everything is served by our charming and competent service team.
